Trauma
I help those who have experienced trauma to heal and recover from trauma with progress usually with weeks.
I am trained to work with those who have PTSD or Complex PTSD, holding two level 8 diplomas. Alongside trauma I am able to work with those who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence.

I do not require a formal diagnosis for you to undertake Trauma Therapy If you have found multiple therapies unhelpful trauma therapy may be the answer.
​
I use the four ingredients approach as taught by DR Nick Gentry as a basis for my approach because it is the only type of trauma therapy where there in is no risk of re-traumatisation whilst being able to incorporate any other therapies such as EMDR, EFT, REBT, CBT. My approach is unique to everyone and is based off a high level of expertise and lived experience.

Alongside Trauma Therapy a session of EFT may be beneficial, attending the free reconnection group and the twice yearly trauma conference new 2022.
Anxiety and Depression
I have lived personal experience of both these disorders which led to me studying in depth both conditions achieving multiple advanced diplomas in both.

I understand the challenges of attending appointments with these conditions so have created a specialised course for you to work through and still gain support when ready. My Overcome programme can help you overcome anxiety in just six weeks!

Stress and Stress Management
I can help you regain control of your stressors and reduce stress levels in a way that can be used throughout life within just one session clients notice a massive difference in their life.
I hold an advanced diploma in stress and stress management, alongside a level 7 diploma in Life coaching and being a certified NLP Coach.
Recommended sessions are CBT, NLP Coaching, Reconnection Group, Chat & Chill Group, regular events on various topics
Eating Disorders
I work with you at your pace. Recovery is entirely at your pace! Progress can take a session to years depending on what pace you want to work with.

Any eating disorder is valid and plans personalised for you! A diagnosis not needed and disordered eating also accepted.

My approach is an caring and compassionate approach to therapy alongside using my expertise to guide you through the process, challenge your thinking processes or behaviours and guide you to a solution (where you would like to be). I will call you out and hold you accountable as I am a deeply honest individual whilst maintaining a compassionate and professional approach.

I provide a free initial consultation so you can decide whether I am the right professional to support you.

After every session if beneficial I always send resources I believe may be useful or that are asked for by you. Support doesn't end after a session as message and email support is available constantly.
