Ecologi

As of October 2021 my Carbon Emission is offset every month by Ecologi. Every month they plant at least 14 trees on my behalf and pay locals a fair wage to plant and upkeep the trees. University of Dehli

I have been working alongside the university of Dehli to create a Computer Science programme involving AI that incorporates psychology and a mental health friendly course for students.

Supporting Ukraine

For each appointment booked £5 goes to the charity AMNA which is providing mental health support to refugees including refugees from the Ukrainian crisis.

Community Projects

Drops of Joy, started as my original business and mental health service, but it has become so much more. Drops of Joy now It is full of resources: a blog, podcast, YouTube. Drops of Joy has a network of professionals and coaches from all over the world with different expertise and strengths. There are also two groups on social media providing a safe place to talk to others, get support and express yourself in a safe environment monitored by mental health professionals.
